About the project

Khmelnytsky communal enterprise "Spetskomuntrans" is a state structure that provides communal services to the residents of Khmelnytsky. And just as every company wants to provide people with fast and convenient ordering of services, "Spetskomuntrans" decided to do it and turned to us for this purpose.

The tasks we faced in working on this project

  • development of an updated website for the municipal enterprise of the city of Khmelnytsky
  • design development for the site
  • development of an administrative panel for site content management

What was done and is being done on the project

  • The design for the site has been arranged and programmed
  • LiqPay payment system is connected
  • Developed a personal user account with the following features: selection of the contract for concluding, filling in the required fields and sending the application
  • Review of already existing concluded agreements
  • Monitoring the status of work on the contract
  • Imposition of an electronic digital signature on the approved contract
  • Sending an appeal to the utility company
  • Order different types of services with the ability to calculate the estimated cost
  • Updated information on user debts and payments daily
  • Integration with SMS service for entering the personal account is connected
  • Viber bot notification system is connected, for quick response to new requests

The client received an administrative panel with the following functionality:

  • Debt section with the ability to download daily information on debts of city residents, and automatically send SMS messages to those residents whose debts are much higher
  • The "Services" section with the ability to view applications and monitor the status of payment
  • Section "Contracts" with the ability to download a ready-made contract or generate automatically by filling in the required fields to fill in and impose EDS. The application of users for the conclusion of the contract can be both confirmed and rejected. If the application has been confirmed or rejected, the user receives an SMS message with the appropriate text
  • "Navigation" section with the ability to create new content pages for the site and select the section to which the page will belong
  • Section "Payments" with the ability to view payments made by individuals and legal entities
